Tafoya Elementary is committed to providing a safe, comfortable learning environment for all students. Bullying incidents can be reported directly to a trusted staff member at your school. This online form may be used by any Tafoya OR adult. This form is to report either you, your child, or witnessing someone else being bullied.
Once submitted, the investigation process will begin within 2 working school days. It can take up to 5 days for the investigation. Keep in mind, this process can only be as thorough as the information provided. You will receive a follow up regarding the incident with the number or email provided.
